JAM Photo Booth, its owners, employees, and contractors are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or property damage that occurs before, during, or after the event.

While JAM Photo Booth takes all reasonable precautions to ensure equipment functions correctly, we are not responsible for technical failures, lost or corrupted files, or interruptions in service caused by equipment malfunction, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the venue or surrounding property by their guests or event attendees. JAM Photo Booth is not liable for any such damages.

JAM Photo Booth reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or group for safety concerns, inappropriate or illegal behavior, intoxication, or any other reason deemed necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
